Sheesh, never though I would be coming to here of all places, but I am excited!
I faintly remember playing some edgy flash games around here, as a kid in the 00s. (Don't know what exactly, just the tank logo is familiar.)
Then, I got started with the hobby of posting drawings in the 10s, because DeviantArt was the bomb. Before it went 'allahu akbar', and bombed. Have tried a few other art sites after that, neither really cut the mustard.
Little did I know that NewGrounds still exists, let alone has art posting facility. Until about one or two years ago. Then, for a time thought I am not worthy to be posting my junk here, because it would probably not mingle well with the acquired taste of this place (with the benchmark being David Firth).
Gotta say, now I am ashamed I didn't try out this site much earlier! It's already the best so far. I dunno, most of the art posting sites on the Internet today are very samey, and have that oppressive 'social media' aura to them, I can't really describe it. On the contrary, this site feels... truly wild fun. And it is not some deadly offense to give honest thoughts/criticism, but encouraged in multiple ways. I really like that!
All I can offer right now, are re-uploads of my old shit (if it is not against the law to be out of touch with everything). My creative output is not very prolific these days. Can't make promises of being more active (it was a new year's resolution too many times already).
